Click & Collect

How does the Click & collect option work?

Shop for your products, proceed to the checkout page.

Choose the pickup at warehouse option and choose when you will pick up the product.

How does payment work?

You can pay with credit card / debit card at our checkout page, request a invoice and pay via direct deposit / eft or pay cash when you collect the item from the warehouse.

( At the moment payments via POS card machines  at the pickup point will be NOT accepted )

If you choose to request a invoice  for direct deposits or pay cash you will first need to email admin@silva5pets.co.za so we can create a order for you and send a invoice with banking details.

Please note that if you are paying via direct deposit into the bank account your order will only be ready for pick up 24 hours later.

Our warehouse pickup point is situated at 71 Meyer Street Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa.  (The Silva 5 Pets warehouse is situated within the Ace Motorsport building.)

Click & Collect is only available from :     Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 5 :00 pm

 Saturday -- 9:00 am - 11:30 am
