Delivery Terms & Fee

We only ship orders within South Africa 


Main City Centers / Local areas

If your order is less than R 500.00  a delivery fee of R 85 will be charged
Free Delivery will apply to all orders over R500.00 

The Major City Centres in South Africa include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth.

Outlying / Regional /Remote areas

Free Delivery does not apply to any outlying areas/ Regional/Remote areas

● A delivery fee of R150 will be charged for all outlying / regional / rural areas , regardless of how much your cart spend is.

Why do we charge for delivery ? It cost money to package your order and have it sent via courier as they charge us a fee to deliver your order.

How delivery is calculated?
• Where you are located . PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER YOUR POST CODE .
• The weight of your order

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout . Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Our courier partners use your street address and postal code to determine if your address is  Main City Center / Local or a outlying / regional /remote area. 

Delivery service only runs from Monday to Friday - 08h00-17h00

Delivery of your parcel should reach you within 2-5** business days from the date we sent you your tracking number (excluding outlying areas)

Delivery to outlying areas could take up to 10 days or more as some courier companies only travel to outlying /remote areas on certain days.

** Since Things do happen that are outside of our control such as traffic accidents , rainy weather etc … we can’t always guarantee that your order will be delivered within the specified days . 

Only once your order is paid for will we begin processing it for the courier company to collect and begin the delivery process.

Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing an order i.e FULL ADDRESS - including suburb and correct area code.

If the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel twice and has been unable to do so due to the residence / business being closed or because you or the designated recipient is unavailable you will be charged a fee of R 100 for re-delivery .
